Amolika is a researcher in the area of autonomous driving, possessing a PhD in Risk Assessment of Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) from UNSW and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Patna. She is currently employed at ARRB, NTRO, where she utilises AI technologies to enhance traffic safety and operation outcomes. She is also the chief investigator of the Australia and New Zealand Driverless Vehicle Initiative (ADVI) Public Opinion Survey.  She has published numerous research papers in top-tier journals and authored an Austroads Report. She has led multiple ADS research, while her current focus lies in developing AI tools that are specifically intended to enhance mobility outcomes.
