Ben works with cities, transport agencies, operators and companies to enable technology-enabled transport solutions. He advises and collaborates with partners, helping guide them from project conception through launch. He also works with internal, cross-functional teams to scope each need and oversees all aspects required to create successful, long-term strategic partnerships. Prior to Via, Ben worked at Transport for NSW where he managed the world-leading on demand pilot program and established permanent on-demand services. Ben holds a Bachelor of Management Studies and Bachelor of Laws from Waikato University, and an MBA from Deakin University.
