As a Senior Business Analyst, Jack has experience working to define and solve complex challenges in ITS and beyond for projects like DELWP's Digital Twin, Mobility as a Service and Digital Engineering Product Management. 

As a Consultant in ITS, Jack has a strong interest in Future Mobility, including CAVs, C-ITS, and MaaS. Jack has contributed to the development of national and state strategies, frameworks and research to support understanding and deployment of future mobility technologies and policy.
