30 years in NFP Management, Patsy has seen many reforms in Disability and Aged Care.  Patsy lead the way in transforming STAR from a Transport focused organisation to a more diverse community based group that has a vision to be known in the community for dependable, client focused services that are flexible, diverse, sustainable and innovative. Patsy's commitment to client focused services is admirable, that in mind she is excited for the continued mission for delivering services that value people's unique skills, experiences and contributions, breaking down barriers to social and community inclusion. Patsy has an MBA and has been employed at STAR Community Services for over 10years and CEO for over 7years in which time turnover has lifted from $2.5m per annum to $16.7m per annum. Pride in her team and the work they do day in and day out is most important - that and maintaining an amazing positive culture in the workplace with work life balance for all being a priority.
