Scott has over 25 years’ experience across the traffic and transport operation and transport data and technology sector, or more broadly intelligent transport and mobility. His key ability has been to effectively lead, team and partner to deliver on a wide range of innovative projects, business cases and frameworks and taking innovation through to safe delivery. Scott has led the development of unique and new concepts which have benefited communities in the UK and Australia.
