Vincent is a chartered engineer and General Manager of the newly established Statewide Network Operations branch within the Queensland Government’s Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). Vincent is passionate about championing the role operations can play in the achievement of a single integrated transport network which is accessible for everyone. Prior to taking on his current role, Vincent spent seven years as the Executive Director of Service Planning and Infrastructure within TMR’s public transport division, Translink, and was responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of a wide variety of public transport projects and services across Queensland.
