Bonnie is Vice President & General Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems where she leads Global Marketing & Communications and the Software-as-a-Service business Umo. Cubic partners with many of the world's largest transportation authorities including New York, London, Sydney, the Bay Area, and Vancouver as well as an increasing number of small and mid-size agencies including BC Transit, Milwaukee, Eugene & Greenville, SC. 

Since entering the public transit industry nearly 10 years ago Bonnie has overseen the successful launches of dozens of transit agency programs from full ABT fare collection systems to mobile ticketing pilots. She’s been in the payments & technology space for nearly 25 years, leading global teams for General Electric, Heartland Payments & Trimble Global with a focus on opening new markets, developing world-class products, and building customer success and services groups that help clients leverage technology to address challenges they face in the global marketplace. 

She is a regular speaker & contributor to the industry on equity, accessibility & the importance of ensuring mobility technology serves every rider. She is an incoming Board Member at APTA where she also serves as Planning Lead for APTA's Fare Collection Committee and an active member of WTS. Bonnie also serves on the Board for the Oregon Business Academy which helps prepare students for college, careers & life success. Bonnie has a BA in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College and lives in Portland, OR.
