Caroline Hill is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the field of product management. Currently a Senior Product Manager at Transport for NSW, for Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS).    Caroline is leading a team of data specialists to redefine SCATS data products, for transport authorities and their partners to make better data driven decision to manage smart cities.    Caroline's passion for product management stems from her deep understanding of customer needs and her ability to translate them into innovative and impactful solutions. Her expertise lies in driving product strategy, customer research, go to market strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
