David is an experienced commercial executive enabling the growth of ambitious business ventures spanning telecommunications, asset management and winemaking/viticulture.    Successful at leading complex large-scale businesses, David has 20+ years of diverse leadership experience through start-up, development and transformational change environments to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.     David’s background includes leading a large team at NBN as General Manager Commercial Implementation.    David’s role at SCATS (Transport for NSW) is Director Commercial; responsible for driving commercial performance primarily through leading a team executing channel partner management, SCATS software licence sales, customer relationship management, engagement and support including technical & learning offerings.
