Thomas Teo is the Customer Service Manager at SCATS, part of Transport for NSW. Leading the Technical and Knowledge Solutions team, he oversees the technical support, custom solutions and integration, consulting, and technical documentation aspects of the SCATS operations. A recent addition to the Knowledge Solutions area is the launch of SCATSlearn, an e-learning resource for SCATS products and solutions. Thomas comes from a background in information technology solutions in the ITS R&D space at The Australian Centre for Field Robotics. This included working with Qantas, Renault, Ford, Applied EV, Ibeo, and the iMove CRC as well as other robotics research projects.
