SCATS is an intelligent real time traffic management platform for monitoring, controlling, and optimising the movement of people and goods in cities. Established in the early 1970s by the New South Wales Government in Australia, SCATS has a long history of using research and data to deliver safe and reliable traffic management. It is the most widely used intelligent traffic management platform globally, adopted in more than 200 cities, 29 countries and installed in more than 62,000 intersections.

Andrew joined SCATS when the venture was established as a standalone Branch within Transport for New South Wales in 2021. He leads a commercial team responsible for supporting SCATS customers, managing the distribution channel and driving financial performance. He works closely with over 200 cities as they continuously optimise the SCATS products to suit their policies, network and smart cities incentives.
