Andy has 23 years of experience in transportation engineering and has developed a broad range of skills spanning: Intelligent Transportation Systems; traffic engineering and modelling; and, network operations and performance. He is currently a Technical Advisor in Traffic Engineering and Optimisation to Waka Kotahi (the New Zealand Transport Agency) as part of the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance.
