Dr. Miller is a Staff Engineer within the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Organization.  He has over 25 years of professional experience in technology program management.   Dr. Miller’s expertise includes technical leadership in systems engineering, performance management, decision support systems, transportation systems management and operations, smart cities, and integrated corridor management. He has been recognized by United State Department of Transportation (USDOT) as an expert in Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) and Decision Support Systems (DSS) and has spoken at several conferences, workshops, and webinars.
