Over the last years I have worked as project director and presales manager with Indra in UK and Australia. Amongst the most complex and important projects that I have delivered are CLARENCE (Australia 2023) and LSTOC (UK 2016). Both projects with teams above 100 engineers, and more than 10 different companies involved during the development and delivery phases. During the project execution more than 6000 test cases were completed on live systems in London and Brisbane without incidents. This was achieved for TransUrban and TfL, who’s 24/7 critical systems are responsible for managing millions of transits every day.
