Mike has more than 35 years’ experience in Management and Infrastructure Management and Development in New Zealand, The Pacific and Asia. 

 

Mike was an early adopter and innovator in Infrastructure Asset Management. He is particularly focussed on helping clients understand the drivers behind their infrastructure needs and develop affordable and integrated strategies to meet their long-term needs.  This has required Mike to develop systems thinking approaches to defining problems and solutions

 
Mike is currently Chair of ITS New Zealand and has recently worked with Waka Kotahi developing its Regulatory Strategy and is currently helping them develop its Future Transport Insights Brief.
