Professional Bio
Paul is the Program Manager for Queensland’s Department of Transport and Main Roads MaaS and Mobility Program. The program is responsible for considering the department’s response to emerging mobility and service trends. Paul’s work with the program includes the establishment of its research activities and foundational policy streams of activities. The program’s research activities have seen the establishment of the MaaS Trial, ODIN PASS, regional MaaS research and partnerships with industry and academia.
Paul has 22 years of government policy delivery and operational experience in transport regulation, with a focus on road user behaviour and systems implementation. For MaaS and mobility, Paul’s recent work has focused on the development on the economic factors needed in Queensland for MaaS with a focus on the development of customer and organisational features. This includes, early economic, revenue and commercial models and frameworks.
