Phillip is a transport executive in Intelligent Transport Systems, with over 25 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, both in Australia and internationally. More recently Phillip has been successful in positioning businesses for growth and delivering projects in a competitive and evolving market.  This has been demonstrated leading some of Australia's largest ITS Projects, such as Monash-City Link- West Gate Freeway as Project Director, Freeway Management Systems.  As well as at companies such as Cubic Transportation Systems, Visionstream (now Ventia), Mott MacDonald and Lendlease Services (now Servicestream).

Phillip has a proven history of delivering projects in complex and challenging environments.  In these roles he has been particularly interested in shaping project outcomes and businesses for the future.  This has included challenges such as implementing change management processes whilst maintaining project delivery or business growth.
