Stuart Ballingall is the Executive General Manager of Transport Certification Australia, a national entity providing assurance for transport technologies and data services. Prior to TCA, Stuart held senior roles with the Victorian Department of Transport, Austroads and General Motors Holden. He has also been an active member of various Boards and committees, both nationally and internationally, and has led a wide range of major technical and policy programs in the transport domain. Stuart holds an honours degree in engineering, an MBA, is a PhD candidate, and is a Fellow of Engineers Australia.
